Facilities include a loft bedroom with super king size bed, and downstairs is a small guest bedroom with
a double (full) bed for an extra guest.

There is a cosy lounge with two comfortable sofas, a small but well equipped kitchen with full cooking facilties, microwave, electric appliances and fridge freezer. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower, and a spa bath under a bifold window which opens out to a lush subtropical garden and the sound of birdsong..

Extras include satellite TV, telephone (free local calls)
stereo, bath towels, robes, hairdryer, bed linen, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, security system and undercover parking. Wireless broadband connection is available during the day.
24 Hr Dial up can be connected for stays of more than two weeks.

Provisions for 'Continental Breakfast' are supplied for the first day.

Groceries are available from Titirangi Village close by which can be accessed through a rainforest
trail. The library and cafes are also nearby.

The 'zig zag' track opposite leads through a nature trail down to Titirangi Beach and picnic area

For bookings made more than two weeks ahead of arrival date there is a minimum stay of 5 nights.
'Last Minute' bookings for 2-4 nights are offered (subject to availabiltiy) within two weeks of arrival date.
'One Night Only' is offered (subject to availability) within one week of arrival date
