"The Chalet" is a private two-bedroom self contained guest cottage in the garden of "The Ferns"
suitable for three guests. Provisions for self-serve
Continental Breakfast are supplied for the first day

There is a superette close by and The Chalet has its own kitchen & laundry
The minimum stay is 5 nights
for reservations made more than two weeks in advance
of arrival date.
Less than 5 nights can be requested

Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to confirmation
of your booking. A 50% deposit is required
for stays of more than 4 nights with the balance due on
arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations for 1st March- 30th
November
For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival
date a 5% cancellation fee will apply for bookings where
a credit card or bank transfer has been used to pay the
deposit. The balance of the deposit paid will be refunded
to the card from which the deposit was paid.
If cancellation occurs between 14 days and 30 days in advance
of the booked dates, 25% of the total tariff
will be charged plus 5% credit card fee if applicable.
If cancellation occurs less than 14 days in advance of the
booked date, 50% of the total tariff will be charged plus
5% credit card fee if applicable.
High Season Reservations- 1st December-
28/29th February
If cancellation occurs less than 6 calendar months in advance
of peak season reservations (December, January and
February)the total deposit is non-refundable unless
another party requires the same total booking dates.
We recommend travel insurance to cover accommodation
costs if unforeseen circumstances arise.
LOW SEASON SHORT TERM RENTAL
(3-6 months)
The Chalet is offered for a special rental rate between May and November 2010
with a minimum fixed term tenancy of three months
to a maximum of six months for
$525 per week including satellite TV (Basic)
Tenant pays and arranges their own gas, power ,telephone, internet connection.
and housekeeping.
These services can be included for an additional fee
